Customer Satisfaction: A study on Service Quality

After a long period of time I had been through in completing my MBA program, I reached at the last stage to prepare the study report. I chose “Customer Satisfaction: A Study on Service Quality of RISDA Security and Services Sdn Bhd” as my topic after consulting my supervisor. During the study I have learnt the process of research is being done.
